ICC Robotics Program

Explore the World of Robotics and Drones

Empowering students through hands-on learning in the best robotics programs, workshops, and tournaments in the Bay Area.

Robotics Programs Offered at ICC Main Center

4-Week VEX GO (Grades 1-3)

Designed for young learners, our Vex Go program introduces students to the fundamentals of robotics in a fun and engaging way. Through hands-on activities, students will learn to build and program their own Vex Go robots, gaining a solid foundation in robotics concepts, problem-solving, and logical thinking.

12-Week VEX V5 (Grades 6-12)

ICC has partnered with REC Foundation and BoostRobotics.org to offer a 12-week program from September to December 2024 for middle and high school students in grades 6 – 12. The program is geared towards building a robot by a team of 3-5 students, that can be used for competitions. Registered students also receive coaching from Due Hoang, a STEM/Robotics coach with a track record of leading teams to the World Championships. The 12-week program has successfully run for 3 years at ICC Main Center, inspiring over 300 students to start their robotics journey.

Aerial Drone

ICC has partnered with REC Foundation’s Aerial Drone Competition providing a unique hands-on learning experience, fostering crucial STEM skills including drone piloting, programming, and problem-solving.
The environment mirrors the real world, requiring teamwork, critical thinking, and innovation to navigate mission challenges. Students learn to collaborate effectively, hone their communication skills, and build the resilience needed to tackle future challenges. This fosters a deep understanding of flight principles, documentation, and interpersonal skills, all while igniting a passion for drone-related careers. We offer 8 weeks program to master the skill . Students work in teams of 3-5 students , which prepares them for competitions.
