Vrinda Agarwal works in the Corporate and Litigation Team at Chugh LLP’s Santa Clara office. She has a decade of work experience, as a lawyer, and briefly, as a legal journalist. Previously, she has worked as a corporate attorney with two premier law firms in India. She has also worked as an in-house legal counsel at two MNCs in India. Her legal expertise includes corporate law, contract review, employment law, M&A, transactional advice, strategic business matters, and legal compliance. She completed her undergraduate legal studies from a national law school in India in 2010 and her master’s in law from UC Berkeley in 2021.

She belongs to the northern part of India and has lived in various Indian cities, including New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and now calls the Bay Area home since she moved to the U.S. in early 2021. In her free time, she likes reading books, journalling, hiking, running, spending time with family, watching movies, and cooking Indian food.
