I am a physician born and raised in California. I was born to Punjabi parents, who instilled in me the values of hard work, compassion, and community. These principles guided me through my education and ultimately shaped my career in medicine, where I strive to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of my patients.

In addition to my professional life, I am a proud mother who values the time spent with my children. Whether we’re exploring local parks or engaging in creative projects, I find joy in creating lasting memories with them. I believe that a strong family foundation is essential for a fulfilling life.

When I’m not working or spending time with my kids, I enjoy exercising to maintain my health and well-being. Traveling is another passion of mine; I love discovering new places and cultures, which enriches my perspective on life. Recently, I’ve taken up gardening, specifically planting pumpkin seeds, which brings me joy and a sense of accomplishment.

I am very excited to be a part of the ICC family and hope to become more engaged with the community as ICC has helped my extended family assimilate to life outside of India.
