Topaz HC has partnered with several local Home Healthcare agencies and provides senior care services predominantly in Santa Clara County. Swati has been passionate about helping the community and has participated in different non-profit organizations. She is currently supporting ICC as a volunteer and in a Healthcare Advisory role. | |
