GENERAL POLICIES ICC SUMMER CAMP 2023
Enrollment is on a first-come-first- serve basis. Once a camp is full, any new registrants will be placed on a waitlist. ICC holds the right to cancel any camp due to insufficient enrollment or pandemic concerns.
All camp payments are due prior to the start of the camp week.
ICC Camps Refunds and Cancellations Policy for 2023:
Thereafter, in order for ICC to process a refund, credit or transfer, we must receive an email 4 weeks prior to START DATE of your camp. Refunds will be processed after deducting the $75 processing fee.
Refunds, transfers, or credits will not be permitted within 4 weeks of the start date of the camp. Please allow 2 weeks for all refunds to be processed.
We will not be able to prorate or refund the fees for any week due to a cancellation initiated by you for any reason including unexpected travel plans.
Transfer between the camps at the TT center and Main Center are not allowed unless pre-approved by our staff.
In case of an illness, a Doctor’s note is required to obtain a refund for that week. ( Processing Fee of $75 will be non-refundable)
Transfers:
Transfers are subject to availability. Requests must be made by email 4 weeks before the start date.
Discounts are applicable only for new registrations. In case of transfer, any discount, if already given, will not be applicable and full price will be charged.
Camp Timings:
All our camps (except Gandhi camp) are full day camps from 9:00am – 3:30pm.
Extended Care:
Afternoon extended care is available at 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm for an additional $75/ week.

Drop off and Pick up:
All campers MUST be signed in and signed out at their camp room by a parent or guardian. A Photo ID of the parent/ guardian is required at pick up.
Lunch Program:
Campers must bring lunch every day. For your convenience we offer healthy vegetarian meals for an extra charge of $40/week. (excludes Preschool and Sports Center camps). Please note: We cannot warm up lunches brought from home.
Allergy alert:
Your child may be exposed to food allergens like nuts, wheat, eggs or dairy.
