A Healthy Morning Regimen 
This workshop is part of a series on preventive health from an ayurvedic perspective. From waking up in the morning to personal hygiene to breakfast, a regular morning regimen can give you a fresh start for the day. Several ayurvedic practices and their benefits will be explained—waking up, self checkup, drinking water, evacuation, brushing teeth, tongue scraping, gargling, nasal drops, oil massage, exercise, shower, personal grooming, clothing, gems, and perfume.Choose one practice that intrigues you most and try it out yourself.

Water: the Best Drink 
This workshop is part of a series on preventive health from an ayurvedic perspective. How much water should you drink in a day? Why you should not ignore your feeling of thirst. Warm water or cold water, what is best for you? How much water should you drink with a meal? How does water affect your digestion? Learn answers to these questions and the underlying concepts in ayurveda. Then try them out yourself. Drink to your health.

Diet: a Balance of Six Tastes 
This workshop is part of a series on preventive health from an ayurvedic perspective. Understand the concept of a balanced diet in ayurveda. What are the six tastes, how do they affect the doshas, and why must they be in balance? What foods are best for regular consumption? Learn to eat right. Remember, you are what you eat … and digest properly.
